"Pretty nice hotel BUT very slow elevators and “free breakfast” ran out of coffee! My emailed receipt didn’t show the total room charge - only that my balance was zero. This doesn’t work as a business receipt. Tried calling several times but no one answers the phone…"

"The property was nice, but it wasn't as close to all of the dining places. There wasn't enough light in our room. I didn't like how LOW the toilet and tub were in our room. I loved that the front desk clerk gave a curtesy call to remind us that check out time was approaching. "

"The 1st floor was being renovated, & we didn't know it. We had asked for a room on the 1st floor, so the attendant apologized & said we would have to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. We are both in our 70's & were able to traverse the stairs, both up & down, but with luggage it was more difficult.
