The breakfast buffet was disgusting. We asked the hotel for our money back so we could find another hotel...they said is was non-refundable. This was my first experience with Expedia and will be my last"

"Room was clean, but there was no water pressure and the tub was very slippery. Breakfast was well stocked, but was not cleaned very well during serving times. I watched the attendant walk by trash left on the counter and wipe crumbs on the floor. During our 2 day stay, luggage was left by the front door and then eventually moved to the curb by the street, which was a little creepy. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. "The rooms were NOT safe. The big wall mirror fell on my boyfriend and hit him in the back.....they advertised they had breakfast but only had apple juice and cold coffee. The manager then offered $25 for the mirror falling on him not to mention our sheets were all dirty and when we called the front desk to ask for maybe new sheets and another night they argued with us and then made us get out of our room for inspection then promised a room for 3pm....we go back for the room and the owner isn't...
