"We didn’t realize there wasn’t maid service until we came back to room and no clean towel and bed wasn’t made. Maybe it was in the materials but it wasn’t obvious to us. We liked the trim at up, roof deck was a nice feature as was coffee bar there."

"The ambience of the hotel was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. I did not try the spa or gym, so cannot comment on them, but I'm sure they were equally great."

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."

"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"Lovely hotel and so convenient if you’re going to a show in the O2 Arena. This is my third visit to the hotel and will definitely return again. The staff are helpful the place is spotless. The rooms are spacious and beds are sooo comfortable. One tip is, if you don’t fancy paying for a full breakfast, there is a cart outside the entrance for the food hall. On this you have a choice of pastries, fruit and tea and coffee. So well worth a visit if you want something small to start your day....

"I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room did not match what I had originally booked, as we were given two single beds instead of the expected setup. There was also a noticeable issue with humidity and mould in the room, which made the environment uncomfortable and concerning from a health perspective. Additionally, we were only provided with one towel despite being two people, which felt careless and inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I would recommend...

"This is probably the only place I'll stay when visiting London it's only a seven minute walk from the Canary wharf pier where you can take the ferry straight to Big Ben and all the other tourist attractions and it gets you very close to the Piccadilly line the Internet was great the properties. Great location is great. The room was spacious.Everything was perfect."

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat."
