"Decent to stay a night close to the airport mainly because of the proximity to the airport and the hotel provides 24/7 shuttle to/from the airport. Room is generally comfortable. However, sound-proofing in the room is non-existent. It extremely noisy throughout the day and night due to the traffic. Cigarette smoke smells get into the room through the aircon ventilator which is the other negative point of the property."

"Nice hotel, centrally located in polanco close to restaurants and stores. I give the hotel 3 stars because the water in the shower took 15 minutes to heat up before a shower. The AC was extremely loud which didn’t make for a very relaxing sleep.
Also, by day 4 before our check in, the bathroom had started smelling a little funky (urine smell). Thank goodness it was time to check out.
Final morning at breakfast was also unnecessarily unpleasant. Staff ignored our call to pay and later came...
