"Location was great - relatively quiet area with a subway station within a block of the hotel and lots of eating places close by. We stayed in a 2 queen bed and sofa bed suite and it was great for our family of five and had a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The room placement meant there were very few passerby’s and little noise from other guests. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay here again. "

"It's a good little hotel. Very quiet. Decent size rooms (for new york!) and the staff are friendly. It's a good location near the highline. Also unlike a lot of fancy-pants hotels, they have free coffee and decent continental breakfast in the lobby. "

"The Langham properties have become a go to for us and it’s because of the service delivery standards experienced at the London, Pasadena and NYC properties. Our 4 night stay was a busy one as our December 31st arrival meant we had to be quick at checking in time to head out for our dinner plans. Staff has always been exceptionally professional and went so far as to be recognized by two staff members from our previous stay. There are many great hotels in NYC, but the Langham’s 5th Avenue location...

"Very comfortable beds. Super helpful and friendly staff. Close enough to walk to many major attractions including the Empire State, Bryant Park and Time Square but in a more quiet area with plenty of local amenities nearby. We would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"Staff was great, location great, very clean hotel. Attached to the hotel was a restaurant called Atlantis Prime. Excellent food and service. Really good drinks. A bagel shop was a couple doors down and we ate at the Keg House down the street also great food. "

"Can't recommend this hotel more. Had a fantastic stay in Kimpton. The room was so clean and specious, the bathroom spotless. The view from the room was great. All necessary things are available on request and were delivered to the room in a brisk manner. Definitely will be returning to Kimpton next time. "
