"Très bon séjour . Hôtel super. Un seul hic nous avons voulu réserver le restaurant pour le soir quand nous avons appelé pour faire la réservation et bénéficier de 15% de réduc plus de place. "Spotlessly clean room with a rack for my suitcase and somewhere to put unused cushions so as to keep them off the floor. Not a lot of interaction with staff but what there was was pleasant and helpful. I guess my biggest concern was what would happen if the lift broke down as I certainly couldn’t have managed the stairs. No tea (or other hot drink) making facilities, but that’s not the end of the world."

"We were visiting Puy du feu and the room was perfectly adequate as somewhere to sleep. A bit basic and tea making facilities would have been nice. It was very hot so having no windows was a blessing and leaving the door open with the shutter down helped. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast better than expected "
