The staff were nice! But we had to pay 20 euros for sheets and towels as they were not included with the room. This was not stated until after the booking was made. Also the beds were basically just sofas, not very comfortable. Cheap just for a night to sleep but I would not stay there for more than a night.

On the photos the hotel with its swimming pool looked good to me but the pool was half empty and closed moreover I found my room not very clean especially the bathroom.

Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money.

Far from town and remote. You have to walk your baggage from about a quarter of a mile from the parking lot to your apartment, because they don’t allow driving near the apartments, even though they have a good road. Maybe they do this to ensure the security of children playing around, but it is very inconvenient. We arrived late from dinner (wasn’t easy to find a restaurant in the small town on a Monday), and had to walk the quarter of a mile in the dark (no street lights), under the rain, with two exhausted kids. That was no fun.

2 nuits pas plus...

Résidence calme (notre logement donnait sur la forêt). Personnel accueil à l'écoute et souriant Propreté du logement très moyenne (araignées, insectes,...) Conditions d'hygiène dans la piscine non respectées (shorts de bains autorisés malgré la propreté douteuse, tenues complètes de la tête au pied et sous-vêtements apparents). Présence de bornes de recharge électrique mais bornes ne fonctionnant pas correctement (quand un 2eme véhicule se branche cela annule notre charge, câble qui reste bloqué dans la borne etc..) Si vous cherchez une résidence étape c'est bien, mais pour nous ça ne sera pas plus de 2 nuits

Pouvoir préparer ses repas dans l'appartement était très pratique . Mais on ne s'attendait pas , dès notre arrivée, à devoir se précipiter pour acheter les produits ménagers et des insecticides: il fallait se débarrasser des cafards et sauterelles, la propreté laisse à désirer . De plus, les serviettes étaient rugueuses, tellement elles ont fait de l'usage. C'est dommage car s'acquitter de la somme 55 € pour ne pas faire le ménage ne garantit la propreté de l'appartement qu'on nous a attribué.

Photos mensongères, l'établissement ne correspond pas du tout, il n'est pas entretenu. Pas de draps ni de serviettes vous êtes obligés en arrivant d'acheter leur kitty. Pas de clim. Ils nous disent des grands lits pas du tout et en + aucun confort. Pour le prix c'est clairement du vol.

On a été embêté a cause des chiens des clients. Trop de chiens vu qu ils sont acceptés. Entre ceux qui grognent après nous, ceux qui voulaient rentrer dans notre logement, ceux qui nous sautaient dessus et aboyaient. On a été servis.

Très bon accueil. Logement très agréable... Le seul hic c'est que j'ai choisi ce logement sur le site, avec le critère "Piscine"mais elle est fermée l'hiver.. Donc Hôtel.com doit absolument actualiser ce genre d'informations... Car très grosse déception pour notre famille...

super mais la description manque de précisions

De passage à Saumur, nous avons réservé deux bungalow. Endroit sympa à proximité du golf de Saumur. Ce n'est pas un hotel donc on peut y faire sa cuisine. Les draps...sont en location et cela n'est pas spécialement écrit dans l'annonce. L'accueil est super et la dame qui nous a reçus était particulièrement sympathique.

Vous pourriez éviter de référencer comme hôtel un herbergement de vacances (limite camping) cela évitera bien des déconvenues, par ailleurs est-ce vraiment légal de parler d’hôtel ?!

Très bien

À côté du golf. Excellent accueil ! Dame très agréable. Petites maisons très sympa. Terrasses avec table de jardin, chaises et parasol. Très calme. Les canapés deviennent des lits. Confortable. Lave-vaisselle dans la kitchenette. Piscine très bien au centre de la résidence sécurisée sans voiture. Possibilité de poser les vélos sur la petite terrasse. Seul bémol, les lits ne sont pas faits et tout est en option (draps, serviettes, produits ménagers...). Pensez à amener les vôtres.
