"Stayed one night before driving to El Sargento. Parking was close by and on the street. Hotel is very walkable distance to nice restaurants which are greatly appreciated since the hotel bar and restaurant are closed Sunday evening during the off season."

"As soon as we checked in there was a massive roach on the wall, but that was the only one we saw in 5 days. They let us stay there til 4pm on check out. Nice pool. a group of tourist restaurants nearby. Real Mexican places are a bit further away. Beach is a 10 minute walk. La Comer Supermercado across the street. Great place."

"We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. "

"Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs. "Pool, location, cleanliness, safety, and overall experience was just lovely!! The jacuzzi on the balcony was not private though which was quite strange. You can easily climb between balconies that are connected with their own jacuzzi so I dont think I would get that room again. But overall the hotel was great and I would definitely go back! "
