"Todo muy bien en la estadía, el personal muy amable y profesional en especial Gustavo, que nos atendió personamente muy bien durante toda la estadía y Mauricio que muy atento tambien llevaba a mis padres que son mayores a todos los lugares del hotel. Lo unico malo fue para la cena de año nuevo que teniamos reservado a una hora y nos dieron la mesa una hora despues ya que no habia espacio. "

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der bemängelte Komfort entspricht natürlich der Preislage (Sehr wenig Wasserdruck, häufig Stromausfall). Preis/Leistungsverhältniss ist absolut OK. Leider ist die Ortschaft und ihre Infrastruktur nicht sehr interessant (überteuert, alles voller Müll). Unterkunft kann ich aber sehr empfehlen."

"The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets. The staff was just awesome. The check in attendance carried our luggage up the stairs (there are NO elevators). He explained where the dinner area was and what was in walking distance. "El hotel está bien ubicado como punto de partida a varios lugares si llevas coche. A nosotras nos funcionó muy bien. Es un hotel bonito. Lo único que no recomendamos es el restaurante, nos quisieron dar otro platillo del que pedimos pero intentando vernos la cara y dos veces, eso estuvo pésimo."

"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. "Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel....
