"Hotel itself is lovely. Pretty sure I got robbed by the front desk clerk. Had some story about my passport not being on file with immigration, so I would have to pay the tourist tax. Then of course his computer needed to reboot so he could give r a receipt. Then of course his printer was not working. Then of course my shuttle was leaving so he would email me a receipt "right away". Tourist tax, indeed. Hope he chokes on it. "

"The receptionist was very kind, and accommodated my late arrival and carried my luggage up the stairs. However, I’m not familiar with that part of Buenos Aires, and in the dark it was a bit scary, especially as the hotel/hostel doesn’t seem to have a sign, other than a street number. My Uber driver must have thought it was sketchy, too, as he waited with me until the receptionist let me in. The room was fine, and had been cleaned, but not recently—a spider had built a small web in the sink. I wasn’t given a key to my room. I was shown in, and as soon as I was alone I turned the lock. In the morning I found the key stuck in the lock, on the outside. Nothing bad happened, but as a woman traveling alone, that’s very scary. When I was ready to leave for an early flight, I couldn’t figure out how to open the gates. As it got later and later and I was still locked in, I called the receptionist for help, but nobody answered. Luckily, another guest was also up early and showed me the trick—apparently there’s a butter knife hidden in the greenery near the gate that you use to turn the lock???? It was scary to feel like I was locked in. I’m an experienced and confident traveller, and having gotten a good look at the hotel in the light, I do think it is a safe place and probably a good option for families traveling on a budget. But as a solo traveller arriving in the dark, I didn’t feel safe. "

"A fairytale place! Beautiful estancia 45 minutes from Ezeiza. Very peacefull, beautifully kept property with wonderful breakfast, lunch Asada!! plus show!) and dining. Perfect service from friendly accomodating staff. Thank you, Luis, for going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and unforgetable! The carriage ride was very special!"

"The problem was the staff say they have no connection with Expedia or any other booking platform. There was no booking in my name. How can Expedia offer a premises that is not alliliated. "

"Great amenities, staff is super friendly and helpful, everything a person needs- all walking distance from the airport departures. Directions to the location itself could be more clear from the airport itself, but other than that, it was perfect for a short stay! You obviously pay for the convenience factor, but avoiding a taxi/other transport to the airport is huge peace of mind. Would 100% recommend and go back! "
