" First off I have to say this review is going to be long. I came to the resort with my husband and two adult children. We stayed 7 nights and it was fantastic. Victor the front desk supervisor was kind and friendly and when we had an issue with our room he helped us get a new one. He made us feel comfortable and he was a wonderful kind man. Mauricio and Juan both work at the front desk and we're extremely helpful informative and all around just fantastic. We had two dinners at the reservation...

"Spectacular views of both the mountains and the beach. Clean, comfortable room with good air conditioning. Service staff friendly and especially attentive/accommodating. Excursion prices were very fair and day trips were fun. Spa experience was outstanding. "
