This place was/is perfect. All you can eat buffet, with a different experience every day/night. I highly recommend making a reservation at the teppanyaki restaurant. The staff was amazing, making sure everything was taken care and extremely friendly.

I love how everyone was extremely helpful with everything. This was the first time I traveled alone and had no idea what I was doing but all I did was asked questions when I was lost or confused and was able to get the answers I needed to enjoy my stay/trip. I would 1000% recommend staying her and am definitely returning!!!

Staff was amazing. Food was really good, just wish they had more options for breakfast. Drinks were good, the ones at the lobby bar and the one next to the Japanese restaurant were the best. Japanese restaurant was great. I overall loved the property, it was really relaxing and felt more in nature. The beach club wasn’t too far, just wish they had more beach chairs. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would really recommend

It’s a nice hotel but the carts to pick you up take a long time to get to you. Usually good customer service but when it’s high season, they'll rush everything/be a little rude. Front desk takes a long time to resolve problems. Also need to have more options for the pantry area that is 24hours.
