"Everything perfect except for the fact that reception is only open morning and late afternoon. Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher). "We LOVED our stay here. My fiancé and I stayed one night to explore Chamonix and this hotel was a way more affordable option. They even gave us a complementary upgrade to our room so that we had a mountain view! Very clean rooms, big bathrooms, wonderful and welcoming staff, amazing breakfast and many options to choose from. They also had a very cozy foyer with a bar. On the first floor, there’s a great rec room for larger groups to hangout and play pool/cards etc. Definitely will be staying there again if we ever go back. "

"We spent 7 days at this residence and had a lovely time. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the children’s ski school and the Prarion gondola. We also appreciated the parking flexibility, with free outdoor spots behind the hotel or the option to rent a space in the underground garage. Our apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom, making it perfect for traveling with a child. We also had a beautiful mountain view from our window. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with our family! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue on our first day. We were initially placed in the Quartz building, where there was a very unpleasant smell, like a blocked drain. However, the staff moved us to an apartment in Opale Blanche, which was fantastic and had no issues at all. Had we stayed in the odor-free room from the start, this would have been a definite 5-star experience. Overall, we would still recommend it for a ski holiday!"
