"This is actually quite a good hotel. Clean, everything works, polite and pleasant staff, an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. The location is really good -near to everything of interest. MY only issue is that there is no English language television channel. French, German, Italian, yes, but no BBC World or CNN or other English language channel. Overall however I recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is in the heart of Santa Cruz, within it’s little charming hallway of streets, walking distance to everything you might need or want. My room was basic, but it was what I needed. There was an issue with the shower, which was quickly resolved. The staff was so helpful, they even heated up a food item I brought from outside. I loved it and would stay here again. "

"Beautiful Hotel and setting. We had a suite on the 4th floor with large terrace facing the river/lake. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. Highly Recommend choosing this property."
