"Très propre, les employés sont gentils, le buffet était très bon. La piscine est magnifique. Le secteur paraît un peu dangereux avec des vendeurs qui ont l’air louche. Au moins la police était présente. Le restaurant ferme tôt et après il y a plus de nourriture à aucun endroit à l’hôtel. Ce serait bien que au moins le bar offre de la nourriture un peu plus tard."

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"Generally it was ok. Communal spaces nice but pool tiles are green, grubby and water looks murky. I did not go in as it didn’t look nice. Bathroom in room could be nice but poorly finished. Shower drain clogged so water spilled out into room every time. Most staff really pleasant apart from one rude guy in steak restaurant. If you’re looking for cheap and cheerful it’s fine but keep expectations fairly low."

"Staff were lovely, the room clean and tidy, modern design, ours was a twin room number 109… decent size and a nice bathroom with good shower. The window gave very little light as it overlooked an internal area where pipes etc were so no view at all. I should prob have e checked the view when booking. We did have an issue with late night music noise which went on to about 2:00/3:00am every night … other than that the location is pretty perfect for all the areas . Great metro and bus links close...

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk when I arrived made check-in quick and seamless. I only had to pay the additional tourist tax, which I believe was less than €2. The gentleman working when I checked out was different, but he was just as friendly and helpful, and checkout took less than a minute. The room itself looked clean and tidy overall.
