"The receptionist was very kind and patient. The anemities were exactly what I needed as a tired mother of 2 young children. I will just say that my room had a smell. I think the occupants before me were smoking in it. I regret not saying anything, but I was too tired. Luckily, the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well!"

"Nous sommes restées une nuit en juin le soir du grand spectacle de la St-Jean). La rue Grande-Allée était fermée aux automobilistes donc arrivée à l’hôtel plus compliquée. On a attendu quelques minutes avant d’avoir quelqu’un à la réception parce que Sophie était seule pour faire l’accueil, agir comme valet (le valet était absent ce jour là) et apporter les bagages. Mais Sophie a tout fait avec grand sourire et gentillesse. Comment une administration peut-elle mettre toutes ces responsabilités...
