"Hotel was conveniently located, with free parking. Room was clean and comfy. Saltwater pool was great.Complimentary breakfast was handy. Staff at the welcome desk and at the breakfast cafeteria were super nice. All in all, a great stay at an affordable price. "

"The amenities were good overall. The pool is small, but since we were traveling with young children, they really enjoyed it. The best part of the hotel is definitely its location. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was not satisfactory. When we arrived, there were not enough towels in our room. We called for more, and they were promptly delivered, which we appreciated. We stayed for three nights, and the hotel has a policy of “restocking” on the first night and “refreshing” on the second. Restocking is supposed to include emptying the trash, replenishing coffee, and replacing towels. Unfortunately, this did not happen for us, our trash was left overflowing, and the towels were not refreshed. On the second day, I heard a housekeeper in the hallway and had to ask for a garbage bag so we could manage the overflow ourselves. Our experience with the tour concierge was also disappointing. When we asked for restaurant recommendations, he only mentioned the hotel’s restaurant. When we returned to book a tour, he kept us waiting while finishing a personal conversation and then responded dismissively, saying we “hadn’t done our homework.” Overall, while the location and some amenities were positives, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service negatively impacted our stay."

"Great location in old Quebec. Very quaint hotel, nice rooms and clean. The lounge next to front desk serves some great cocktails; the best we’d had on our trip. Louise restaurant on site was very good, both food quality and service. We would stay there again. "

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Issue with cleaning staff not shutting our room door completely after cleaning the room. Additional toilet paper would have been beneficial given there were 4 people in the room."

"The hot tub could be a bit hotter and real plants in pool area would be lovely. I think a deep clean of windows and building and rooms. Maybe an air hockey game in pool area? Overall great location, great staff, really liked the hotel"
