"Service at the Waldorf Astoria was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel maintains a very welcoming environment. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The gym was clean with towels and water bottles on all workout equipment. Highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return."

"Like? NOTHING! RUDE staff (very) Unsecured windows (safety) Roaches (and I have video proof) No WiFi Had to go to the front desk THREE TIMES after the desk worker said the maintenance man was supposed to be to my room in 5 minutes...but I check out this morning with the service STILL OUT and NEVER saw any maintenance man! The manager instructed the desk worker to cut parking fees - nothing taken off. Theeeee VERY worst hotel visit in my entire life! And I will be taking action as well. Ignored...

"Our trip started off a little rocky due to us having to change our sheets, but the custodial staff was professional and quick to take care of the issue. Other than that, we met some really great staff members. One staff member in particular, Tyrell, went above and beyond, not only helping us with anything we needed, but also giving us great restaurant recommendations and engaging in meaningful conversations that made our stay even better. "FRAUDULENT charges and Terrible staff. Paid for a suite and they tried to pass off a room that's not the configuration I paid for. Moved me around twice before finally admitting they didn't have what I paid for. I left in annoyance, after they hung up on me. Also, I gave them my card for incidentals and they have billed me 3 more times including this morning even though I left yesterday. Disrespectful and rude. I've already disputed all the charges."
