"The room was clean and the staff were courteous and professional. Our interactions with the staff were pleasant and our needs were met imediately. In particular, the gentleman who provided clean-up attention to the breakfast area on 2/21 and 2/22 was exceptional in every way. I'm sorry that I did not catch his name but I'm sure he won't be too hard to identify."
