かなりいいけど、いくつか注意点も

駅から遠いとか、近くにコンビニが少ないなどの利便性はイマイチです。 それを補って余りある安さと快適さがありました。 細かいことを書くと、隣との壁が薄い、用意されていたペンがつかない、リモコンの電池が切れてる？のがわずかに不満です。髭剃りがないのも少し困りました。 宿泊税400円込みで現金を丁度用意しないといけない（クレジット不可）ということは表記して欲しかったです。

素晴らしい。清潔、お部屋も1ルームマンションな　感じで　快適。エレベーター付き 電話での対応　大変感じ良く バスルームは、洗い場と浴槽があり　とても綺麗でした。 期待以上でした 是非また、連泊で泊まりたいと思います。

Couldnt contact the manager at all. Was trying to work out a refund months in advance as we xouldnt make it to Kyoto. Absolutely terrible service

Would recommend.

Amazing guesthouse. My wife and I were very comfortable in our room, with all the amenities we needed. The area was quiet, clean and the use of bikes for rental was a big bonus, as it's a slight distance away the areas or interest. Overall, will definitely stay again.
