"The amenities were subpar so request a refund, but they said that it was not a policy to refund paid reservations so they made a reservation at a different hotel."

"Excessive loitering in the parking lot after hours. Cops were banging on the door next to us at 1am. Breakfast was basically non existent due to overcrowding. We left and ate at a restaurant near the hotel. Will not stay at this hotel again."

"The first room they gave me was never cleaned. I maid bed, dirty towels on the floor. Second room they gave me was not much better but seemed to have clean towels. I asked for more bedsheets and bedding and changed it myself. Tables and desk were dirty in the room and the refrigerator was leaking into the floor. Bathtub had rust all in the bottom of it. Was just not the best experience but I made it work . "

"Terrible! I booked through Hotels.com but this place is run by an apartment complex. They require a separate check in but there’s no one there. I tried for 3 days to call and get help because the system wasn’t working for online check in. NO HELP. We flew to Austin. I was on the phone with someone in San Francisco during our whole connection. Got to Austin and still wasn’t resolved. Then went to the apartment and no one was there. Took another hour of sitting outside the gate before a girl (5th person I had spoken with) could help us. The apartment was “ok” but not very clean. Big dirty footprints on the bath mat, etc. Then our first day there they called ( they apparently can reach out when they need something) wanting us to go back to the apartment from our excursion to let them in to work on a TV. They called and texted 4 times. I would NEVER book a place associated with “The Landing” company again. "
