I have stayed at 5 hotels within Bugis square and this is the best. Hawker center, shopping and Cinema are right next to hotel. Very comfortable bed and good view on both side with no obstruction. Cena the friendly reception even upgraded me to the loft on the highest floor. Enjoyed my 7 days stay. Will choose this hotel again.

The staff were super helpful. On New Years Eve they provided free refreshments up on the roof to watch the fireworks at midnight. Stored our luggage for 6 hours after checking out. Great location.

I had a very good stay at Mercure Singapore Bugis. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and have a premium feel, which makes the stay very comfortable. Breakfast offers a good selection and is a nice way to start the day. The rooftop area is another highlight, with a great view and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s a clean, modern hotel in a convenient location, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see. The room was small, but ok for our needs, although the bathroom lacked privacy for two people staying together. The shower and toilet had separate stalls leading off the entryway with only frosted glass around each. We would have preferred a little more privacy.

A decent and reasonable priced hotel

Overall the hotel is great, it’s just the rooms are a bit small, Water supplier and power are also good, the location is very convenient to downtown.
