"The hotel needs to be upgraded seeing as its a 5 star hotel. We had holes in our duvet cover, dirty bath tub and hotel was not as accommodating as when we stayed last summer regarding allergies. Otherwise a pleasant stay and staff are always kind and helpful."

"We opted for an all inclusive package which was well worth the cost. Drinks by the beach, perfect! The food during our stay was exceptional and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The room had ample space and mini bar was amazing. Room and laundry service was attended to without even knowing! The spa, sauna, hot pool and cold plunge bath were great to feel rejuvenated and we played pool in the games hub which had many more available activities. Many pools and great beach for surfing....

"One of the most poorly designed hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was extremely uncomfortable. Whoever designed it managed to make the space feel smaller than it was. The “second floor” was too small to lift your head up. No adequate workspace in the room. Breakfast was bad: you basically get two eggs and a piece of bread for free, any additional food and you need to pay extra. The hotel’s location is good, but I would definitely never stay here again. "
