We are walking distance to everything in Kuta and there are literally dozens of restaurants and shops all around us on. On our street you can find everything you need including mini-marts, local and western food, bars, laundry, and more. If you walk less than 5 minutes to Legian main street you find lots more and all the tourist places. We are walking distance to Kuta Beach, Beachwalk shopping mall, Sky Garden club, and more. Very happy you liked our other guests and staff. Our swimming pool, garden, and cafe are great places to relax and interact with other guests. We have room service and bar service, delivered to your terrace or room. Thank you again!

Hi Annie, how are you? Thanks very much for coming to stay with us. We DO Change the towels everyday, and we clean the rooms everyday. Our housekeeping staff always clean the rooms everyday unless you told them maybe not to, which may have been a mis-understanding. Apologize for the AC, we service them regularly. We had no complaint from you about it, if we did, we would come and fix it immediately. We always give our guests satisfaction. The mode needs to be set to Cold setting (snowflake) to be cold, this is normal for all the AC's in this region. We have fridge in our two bedroom villas, and we have full service cafe, free breakfast, and we have room service. We have a full lunch and dinner menu including burgers, burritos, pasta, Asian noodles, smoothies and more. We also have pool, large bamboo garden, cafe, and a great location in the middle of Kuta, with lots of markets and small restaurants all around us, its a shame you didn't find the positive in these things like so many of our guests. To future guests: we look very much for to hosting us and we will do all we can to provide satisfaction. Just to add, we recently upgraded our Wi-Fi, which is now using Fiber -Optic and is stable and fast At more than 10 Mbps. Our new swimming pool is almost open, and in the meantime, our guests can use the swimming pool at our sister property 200 meters away. Our new cafe is where we host our guests for our free breakfast and also with many paid optional selections. We also offer room service for all guests.
