"From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming & very attentive throughout. The hotel is situated a few mins walk from the Opera House & Underground, but those few mins make such a difference to the noise and general busyness of the area."

The only "negative" that I can think of is that they had a concierge available when we checked in Friday (IE someone who knew what was going on culturally in the city); but that person was only there on Friday. I didn't realize that, and thus missed my opportunity to avail myself of her services.
