"I was delay in an airport. Couldn't reach for confirmation of late arrival. The room was paid for. Got there a day late. Since I did not called to mention the late arrival. They had cancelled my reservation and rented my room to someone else. They at first didn't want to credit me and wanted to keep my money. Thanks to Expedia's personnel who's telephone help me to get a refund. But still I needed (in rush) a room. They rented me 2 nights at near the price of my previous rental. I fell like I was robbed. Then I had to relocate for the rest of my stay. What a robbery. When a room is paid for, I should be able to use it or not !!!"

"This is a great hotel. Not on the main tourist high streets but 5 mins walk to metro and 20 mins from the harbour. Staff super nice and helpful. Didn’t use the gym but it looked good. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Buffet style. The room maintenance was great. Would use again if we return."

"Hallways and the rooms are quite dark and there is no AC and no air circulation in rooms. The junior suite is designed with a big sofa in the middle that obstructs walking. Terrible idea. A big tv on a tv stand that gets in the way. I then switched to a delux room that was much better. Also Friday and sat night was difficult to sleep with loud techno music playing somewhere nearby."
