"The advantage of this location is its proximity to the subway and Futako Tamagawa. It’s an area of Tokyo with few hotel options. Staff were available to answer questions about room appliances. We shopped for breakfast items upon arrival. We were able to have breakfast in the room because it was equipped with 1 pan, plates, silverware and a microwave. I also used the washing machine even though staying only 1 night."

"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! "This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. I didn’t like the smokiness of the 1st room, he must have assumed that I wouldn’t, because he had the next room key ready when we returned to the lobby.

"I love suburban neighborhood. Every time I stay in Tokyo, I visit new neighborhoods. It’s fun to walk along the river and see all the little cafés and coffee shops. It’s quite a change from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku.
