nothing special. not as per advertisement. no parking, no tv, smoke of cigarrette smell in the room, no water heater, low pressure of water supply in toilet....worst...

Near to the city centre and there's so many places to eat around the hotel. The room is okay but if you stay in no windows room please don't open the fan switch in the toilet because the smell of the cigarette is so strong. The hotel needs to provide more iron because we wait for almost 1 hour and half because the iron used by others.

Terrible and need more improvement overall, not towel were given. all the facilities are not comfortable and many mosquito in the hotel room. the cleanliness are out and need to more improvement in that with the view of the hotel are sick.

The place is slightly below average. My room smelled funny. And the bathroom floors were wet when I checked in. TV had no remote control and was unclear. For the amount one pays, it is about fair.

Tidak mesra pelanggan. Penyambut tamu kurang mesra. Kurang kemudahan dlm bilik. Tidak sesuai untuk warga emas yg mempunyai masalah menggunakan tangga kerana terlalu tinggi. Lokasi hotel sesuai tetapi tiafa kemudahan tempat letak kereta.
Pihak pengurusan hotel ingin memohon maaf bagi pihak penyambut tetamu kami jika ada tersilap kata. Pihak pengurusan hotel akan menyiasat perkara ini dan membaikpulih tatasusila penyambut tetamu kami dan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya jika perlu. Kami juga ingin memohon maaf kerana tidak dapat mengatur bilik pada tingkat yang bawah kerana pada masa tersebut merupakan waktu 'peak season' dan banyak tetamu lain yang juga meminta untuk bilik yang bawah. Harap memahami kerana bilik pada tingkat bawah adalah terhad.
