"Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...

"Vi reiste fra Double tree by Hilton i Kuala Lumpur, med taxi. Det kostet RM 1100, som var mye mer enn det vi leste på internett. Vi reiste med ryggsekk, som var smart! Det er veeeeldig bratt ned til der hvor båtene går og man må gå på smale gangveier av tre for å komme i båten. Vi tok halvpensjon og var fornøyd med både frokosten og middagen.
