Slechte service.
Er is geen receptie.als je iemand nodig hebt moet je bellen, maar meestal neemt hij niet op. Het komt bij ons over alsof we daar illegaal zaten. We hadden met zn 4en 2 handdoeken en alleen lakens voor een 2 persoons bed.elke dag werd beloofd dat dit opgelost zou worden maar is nooit gebeurd.

It had the potential to be so much more but wasn't
We arrived and can't get in unless manager meets you. We were there as a young family with young kids after travelling al day just wanted to settle in. So a kind security guard tried ringing someone for us. Long story short rang the 'wrong' manager but we didn't know this either did other manager. Got put in a room and then informed that we should have been booked in for another manager. doubtful it was the room upgrade we paid for. This room was relatively clean. Stayed here one night and then the wrong manager said for is to meet in the office to move for rest of our stay to correct room. It was awkward in office obviously people were not happy. Moved to correct room same building. Amazing view, pool was awesome and pool service great. Lift and lobby great. Location great right on top of shopping centre. Room however!! - was filthy but being cleaned as we arrived. Broken shower and mouldy, bath missing plugs unusable, sink area leaking, drawings on walls, not enough towels or linen for family, rubbish outside window on airconditioner, stains and just grotty, I did not want to be barefoot in room, hair in sinks shower etc. Manager was nice. But whole situation needs to have a smoother way to check in, was a carry on and room was not what was promised of luxury or upgrade we paid for - needed an overhaul and tidy up to be that. We rang hotels.com who were empathetic to our situation after long discussion but I'd be wary of staying again.

Beware of local 'dodgy' operator!
Beware of local 'dodgy' operator on the hotel suite side.
Some are broker with no housekeeping facility and are untrusted character.
Our stay has been a dirty and filthy experience; customer service is non-existence; room is unclean, stained linen with toiletries.
We booked for 5 nights and we went somewhere else fr the rest our stay.
The hotel itself is good and very convenient; their spa was fantastic, which we needed badly after the bad experience on our check in.

Never Again!
Disappointed with the room. Some of the facilities are not available as what been advertised like WIFI, microwave and flat TV. There are stains everywhere on the carpet and towels as well. Toilet seat has a crack with permanent stain, totally unappealing. No housekeeping service at all throughout our 3 day-stay, our family of five was only provided with one toilet roll and two tiny soaps. Had to bring room towel to swimming pool, as the pool towel will only be given to Berjaya Hotel guests (separate entity). No parking validation, paid about rm25 per day. Shabby cabinets and wardrobes. The most annoying part is being cheated and had to wait for 2 days for the wifi password but in the end, it was invalid and of no use. Why can't the agent be honest upfront about the wifi and kept me waiting in frustration?

Room 3816 pure filth do not go near
No one to meet us wouldn't answer phone,3 hours later a dodgy bloke arrives saying hotel full, took us back to other tower to a room full of people filthy they said 15 mins to clean up , you would be shocked we got back no bed for our son a totally smashed couch and filth I took a couple of pictures and we left how could this happen wotif. We have booked the hotel before but thought we would try luxury apartments as a little cheaper, you need to get rid of them from your site. We are now in Vietnam and want a refund do not pay them , and by the way we were not the only travellers ripped off by apartments it was mayhem. We ended up staying at Ancasa Hotel .

Private hotel, NO front desk, BROKEN door-hook
This apartment hotel(?) has no front desk not like displayed information by Expedia.
I had to make a call to a hotel then a guy who is not kind at all showed me a room.
He gave me 1 room key and went out. After then I found that a hook on the door was removed.(or broken).
Based on Expedia's information, I thought it's normal hotel which has front desk & proper service but it was totally different from my expectation.
