A wonderful family retreat

Family reunion with the children & grandchildren. The 2 bedroom suite with separate shower & bathtubs attached to the designated bedroom is a great idea. The living room is spacious for the kids to run around. The kitchen has no stove but a microwave oven is available if some basic cooking is required. Overall a very comfortable & enjoyable family weekend stay . For improvements, the sofa set badly needs to be refurbished & a kid's channel added to the tv program

Overall seem ok, except the check-in process & dusty room. The security at lobby doesnt seem to be helpful, probably I dont speak malay. When I reach the lobby, I ask the security where to check-in, he just simply tell me the room is fully book, if u want u can call the police. In the end I had to call the person in charge to come downstairs to bring us up the room. I hope those suites owner could educate the security downstairs what is going on to avoid miscommunication.

Not really a hotel. Felt cheated by Hotels.com

This is actually a short stay rental room rather than a hotel as you would expect from hotels.com. The lobby is actually the security desk for the residence tower. There are many similar operators whom I wonder whether they have proper licenses to operate as hotel. Room condition was far from desirable. Dusty floor that seemed to have not been vacuum for a considerable period of time. Very outdated furnishing, imagine cassette recorder (seemed broken) is one of the equipment. Baby cockroaches crawling around (killed at least 3). Kitchenette left with metal forks n spoons, no cup nor glasses. Hotels.com should really do something to avoid listing improper hotel setup.

Wonderful stay !!

Overall facilities and location are great. One suggestion for Expedia to consider, wish seats are provided at the lobby as we have to wait at lobby before going up to the room or waiting at lobby for checking in/out processes.

Empire Suites @ Berjaya Times Square.

Unit at 20-19 was terrible. Carpet was removed from hall bare floor was uncomfortable to walk on. No telephone. Lighting insufficient. Major water leak. Bathroom essentials barely enough. Toilet paper left on towel rack. No holder and no extras. Had to call twice to get some. Furniture cushions old and torn. Much more. Unit 36-19 slightly better but one room aircon not working

Accessibilité difficile chambre correct

Apparemment rejeté mon commentaire car pas en anglais Impossible de trouver le lobby a notre arrivée (tjrs pas trouver a ce jr) après avoir chercher longuement avec l'adresse au 7eme étage qq nous a fait venir une personne qui nous a emmener au 26eme étage pour faire les formalités. Une fois la chambre délivrée, nous avons demander a avoir une 2ème clé. Il sont venu a 22H10 pour nous la remettre (après 11H d'avion et 2 escales C sympa de réveiller les gens.) sinon, pas de sortie de bain/ chaussons Serviette sale (pas changées ts les jours) Cheveux en bordure de lit et salle de bain Armoire porte coincée difficile a ouvrir Demandé un adaptateur pour le courant (jamais été fourni) Ensemble vieillot.pour récupèrer notre caution de 40€ j'ai envoyer un mail la veille du départ ils sont venu nous la donner à 00H15 Lefèvre

Don't book this!!!!!

Cant believe EXPEDIA would offer such a shady so called hotel suite. No check in counter at lobby and security has no clue what this is. Had to call to personal cell number and shady guy came down to get us. Turns out these are private residence apartments that are rented out. The room was disgusting, blood stained bed sheets, mildew & soap stains in the bathrooms. No hot water, towels or soap. We checked in for 10 minutes and checked right out and luckily booked a hotel in the West wing of BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE where the real hotel is!!! Don't book this !!!!

Excellent location

Need strong communication system . Esp. Guest has no free Wi-Fi or int'l roaming . Need permanent check in / out counter in Shared Ground Floor area . Guest can't access to higher floor office direct for check in & check out . But it s very handy location .
