1. The place of this apartment is secluded. Not very convenient to go in and out. 2. For an apartment of this condition, the RM300/night + RM55 (cleaning fee) is too high. It should be in the category of RM150 to RM180 only pernight and should be without additional cleaning fee. 3. There are workers (might be of those doing renovation or construction) do their activities and talk too loud. (But I don't blame the owner for this.)

Comfort apartment, can fit 5 people with parking

My stay is good. The owner is very friendly. He contact us and make sure we are safely arrived. The apartment is clean and the room is big. Can accommodate until 5 to 6 people overall. There are lots of parking just infront of the apartment. I'm just not happy with extra RM55 fee for cleaning. Others very good..
