Lovely courtyard to sit in, friendly staff, so clean everywhere, great breakfast choice, lovely bedrooms. The pigeons woke me up as opened our windows at night but not the hotels fault

Really lovely Hotel, staff superb. Train noise, next to a railway station, so quite a bit of noise, if your room on front of hotel.

We could not fault this hotel in any way. Accomodation, Service , dining were all great. The staff were very caring and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant dining was exceptional and well recommended.

The Metropolitan Boutique Hotel has an excellent situation just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and within 5 minutes of the Kazmiercz quarter, with its excellent restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful

We stayed for 4 nights and we were not disappointed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want ranging from cooked breakfast selection of cheese and meats. Fresh fruit yogurt and cakes. I would hug

Absolutely stunning hotel, super modern & newly renovated. Breakfast was excellent too. Fantastic hotel position on the edge of the Jewish Quarter & the Old Town. Both very easily accessible on foot. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

The overall quality of this hotel is worthy of 5 star rating. The staff are excellent as are the rooms and quality, although bath towels are the small type. The hotel is on an uneventful, rather uneven side street, 15 minute walk one way to the square, 6 minute another way to the Jewish area. Taxis to the airport are easy to come by, the hotel will book one for you but it is much cheaper to get one yourself.

This is an exceptional hotel because of its location, the standard in general but most relevant, the staff who were first class. We went to Krakow with two friends and i had booked 2 x junior suites. On check in we had an issue in that the hotel only had record of one junior suite and one classic room. I informed them of the error and they could not have been more accommodating. They actually upgraded one of the rooms to the best room in the hotel which came complete with 2 x bathrooms, a dining room area, a living room area and a huge bedroom it was special. On top of that as an apology they provided a hand written apology along with a free bottle of processo that arrived 10 minutes after getting in the room. Excellent customer service. The hotel itself it's clean with good communal areas, the bar and restaurant are really nice, breakfast was really good and happy hour each day is a good start before heading out for the evening. The hotel is located about a10-15 minute walk to the old town but is right on the edge of the Jewish quarter which we actually preferred because we felt the bars and restaurants were better in the Jewish quarter. Really can't fault the hotel at all and as said at the start the staff were the difference, always smiling, always greeted you and you really felt welcome.

Rooms were excellent. Staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for exploring Krakow and surrounding areas with the added bonus of Hotel pick ups and travelling to the airport. Food was lovely and we eat there twice as well as enjoying the bar for a nightcap. Would recommend to anyone visiting for a long weekend.

Excellent location. Easy to walk from this hotel to major areas of interest. Public transportation is just down the street. Interior courtyard rooms are very quiet at night. Good gym facility.

Great spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Polite efficient staff. Fantastic breakfast. Rain station 2 min walk takes you to airport in 15 mins I think and leaves every 30 mins. Amazing location which is 10 mins from old town. Conveniently situated for Jewish quarter also. I would definitely stay again and recommend to all. No reason to try anywhere else. Well done hotel and staff!

A lovely hotel find in Krakow
We stay in Krakow yearly, with friends for a short break. The Metropolitan Boutique Hotel, was a superb find in Krakow. A lovely hotel, warm and friendly staff. Great location/walking distance to the Jewish Quarter and Main Square. I requested a room with a bath, which on arrival, I had been allocated ( first time in all my hotel stays in Krakow). Our room and bathroom, were extremely spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast choices were numerous and plentiful-hot/cold buffet. I particularly liked, the individual tea pot and milk jug (it’s the small things..). We will definitely be staying at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel, again in 2025. A hotel in Krakow not to miss.

We had a lovely stay recently at this hotel, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was warm and comfortable and within walking distance of the town centre & train station. We were greeted with sparkling wine on arrival which was a lovely touch. Would recommend and would stay again
