Our room was HUGE and had a spectacular view! I really appreciated the receptionist assisting in carrying our suitcases up the stairs. I had injured my ankle at another hotel previously that day and they picked out a room they thought would be suitable for us. It was perfect. They were so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Christmas market

On the whole we enjoyed our stay, the stairs were the major problem. We were fully aware of how difficult they could be, we are just glad we were on the 2nd floor and not on the top. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, kitchen area basic but clean. Shower was a cubicle and was a bit tight getting in and out for us old ones, shower was a bit temperamental, could scoald you if not careful. Ideally situated for the square, restaurants ect.

Good position in old town but old, stairs sqeak, very noisy every night as below is a nightclub, cocktail bar! Very hot and no aircon, sleeping very difficult. If there was a fire, no fire sensor and stairs tight so don't believe people would survive Been told the starry hotel next door is great?

A FUIRE, 2 nuits à Cracovie sans pouvoir dormir, un local nocturne au rdc de l’immeuble, « un cauchemar de 21h à 4h du matin ». Dommage car il est idéalement bien situé, après la propreté est superficielle et l’espace cuisine est complètement inutile, absence de machine à café et de microonde. A signaler qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, (le 3éme étage avec les valises est très haut). L’accueil lui est très professionnel.

Appartamentino pulito e in zona ottima (praticamente nella piazza principale - Piazza del Mercato)! La reception si trova in un altro palazzo abbastanza vicino. Il personale è cordiale e ben disposto, quasi tutti parlano inglese. La location è all’interno di un palazzo antico, un aspetto negativo è la mancanza di ascensore (accettabile per chi deve fare un piano, ma complicato per il terzo piano - soprattutto con le valigie)!

Apartment situated in a lovely old building very close to the main square and all the sights of the old town. Many good and inexpensive restaurants right on the doorstep. Apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with plenty hot water. Plenty room for a family of 4. Comfortable beds, great towels and bedding. Lovely staff at reception (3 mins walk across the square) and the night watchman was delightful when we arrived at midnight! would definitely recommend and intend to return in the near future.
