"The check in procedure was quick and efficient. The room was clean as was the entire hotel. The bed was comfy and the room was warm. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was of a good quality and the choice of hot / cold items was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very handy."

Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and warm. Kept luggage for free with an early arrival. Definitely recommend to my family and friends!"

"We love the Aparthotel Stare Miasto in Kraków. This time, we brought another couple with us, and they were delighted as well. Our friend, upon seeing her room, exclaimed, "I feel like I'm in a castle - a medieval castle." The brick walls and stone floors, mixed with modern facilities, are stunning and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again soon."
