Great property and fantastic central location. Clean and comfortable beds. I would have liked clearer information that key retrieval information comes on the day of arrival, and they could have asked if I wanted the sofa bed made up. Other than that all good

We loved staying at Bogoria house. Our room was very spacious and clean. It was also well decorated with a lovely view. The location as well is perfect for exploring Krakow. Unfortunately the jets on the bath did not work ( however we did not report this issue) . It was a little unusual having cutlery / plates etc but no where to really wash up or have a tea towels. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town but nicely tucked away so not to suffer from street noise. Room was great, nice and clean with good sized bathroom and tea/coffee facilities plus a fridge. Roof terrace offers great views of the city.

Hotel is in a great location. just off one of the main streets. Quiet room. The staff were very nice. It is a historical building that has been renovated inside with marble floors, and very pretty architecture inside. It was a spacious room. The mattress could have been more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at Bogoria House.

We loved the spacious room and that the shower was separate from the toilet. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly and are happy to organise trips or transport for you. You are able to get a breakfast organised to your room but there are also plenty of places close by that are also open early The only down side was that we had to say if we wanted the room serviced each day whilst someone was at reception. Unfortunately when we went out at 5.15am for an organised trip, we weren't able to do that but we were able to get more coffee and tea from reception.

We had a great stay, the location was excellent and the room was exactly as described. The shower could have been better but everything else was great. Lidia on the reception was really welcoming and friendly, she gave us some excellent tips of what to do and where to eat as well.

100% The lady on the front desk was super helpful and very animated when taking about her city. The room was the largest and was spot on with accuracy. Great views and no noise from any local restaurants. Will be coming back for Christmas

Enchanting place in an enchanting location. Gorgeous rooms, well-appointed and comfortable. Terrific view. For someone from Miami, this is a completely different world, which is exactly what we wanted. We were mere paces away from timeless landmarks and delicious food. We wanted to never need a car or a ride, and Krakow Old Town delivered. Lidia was very helpful calling taxis to get us to the rail station after we checked out. You won't go wrong with Bogoria House. It will only improve after they add a restaurant to the hotel.

The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom. Front desk was very pleasant and check in was easy. The location was a block from the castle and a short walk from The square. Highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast place on the corner. Loved this hotel
