All good, nice clean room, comfy bed and ideal location, only fault is it states you will get an email with check in instructions before arrival, this didnt happen but as soon as you phone the number the code to enter is messaged to you

They said they would email me 48 hours before check in, which was supposed to be at 2pm. I did not receive info on how to check in until 3pm, one hour after I should have been able to get in my room.

Disappointing.

Not happy. Never got an email prior to arriving informing me of the code and how to access the property. Tried to call them numerous times and they didn’t answer and I couldn’t leave a message. Finally was able to get a hold of them. Air conditioning didn’t work and they said they would send a technician to fix it. I asked them again the next day and they again said they were sending a technician but it was never fixed for the 4 nights that we stayed there. This is something that I specifically paid for. I would not stay here again.
