To be honest, part from being near the ao nang beach (10 minutes) the hotel fall short in all other aspects. Despite saying that, there are many other hotels /resort that are located near this location which might be a better choice. These are a few reasons why:
1. The room had a musty odor that lasted throughout our stay there. We tried to ask for a change of room but their very first response was "Sorry, it's fully booked" without even checking with the system. Although they gave us an air freshener, the smell still lingers around. The room was situated at the basement since we booked the one with the Jacuzzi but the whole basement was filled with that stench as well.
2. It was good that they did housekeeping everyday without us having to request but as much as we appreciate it, there are still rooms for improvement. On the second night, we used the Jacuzzi and left a few towels outside. However, for the following 2 days, nobody went out to the balcony to clear it. (I thought its supposed to be part of the room?)
3. The water that runs from all the taps in the hotel was salty and we had a hard time brushing our teeth and didn't feel clean even after bathing. Moreover, the taps in the shower was kind of rusty and corroded.
4. Despite having the bicycle rental, it was only available till 7pm.
