The property is quite dated and unfortunately the service makes the experience even worse. The breakfast buffet staff were particularly rude. My wife went alone with our 20-month-old baby for breakfast and politely asked a waiter named Surya for a cup of coffee. To our surprise, he bluntly told her to help herself instead of offering any assistance, even though she was managing a toddler alone.
The room condition was also disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, especially in the washroom, and the main room door was broken.
Another major inconvenience is that the rooms are located uphill. Every time you want to go anywhere in the resort, you have to wait around 10–15 minutes for their mini truck pickup/drop service, which becomes quite frustrating after a while.
Considering the price we paid, the experience was very disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking at other hotels or resorts instead. There are definitely better options available at lower prices.
