The Apartment is a studio apartment with a single bathroom. Less privacy but good for group travel of 6 people. Very close to the swimming pool and shopping mall entrance

Best place for family vacation...very easy transportation & confinient...Overall good.

We are staying in Loft A, at 1st the mgmt given us at A-7-15 very disappointed is the furniture very old & dirty especially the bathroom once we shower all the water flooded.. and no mirror no dressing table then the mgmt agree to change for us to A-1-2 .. more worst is the cooking stove is faulty & microwave.

We regretted your stay experience was less than expected especially the bathroom concerned. Action had been taken by our team based on your feedback. We strive to provide best service for all our guest.
We are positive about your return and look forward to serve you better in future.
It is a very convenient place to stay, just walking distance to Imago Mall where you can get anything you need. However, this place may not suit you if you are a light sleeper, it is near to the flying path, the noise is tremendous due to frequent flights above the building.
Loft E is not good as it's connected to the shopping mall via car park, which is eerily dark and quiet during night time. Loft A and D are connected directly to the shopping mall.
Cleanliness was disappointing as the floor is not mopped after the previous tenant has checked out. Shower drain was stuck. Kitchen windows are oily. Sink is not clean. Good thing is that it's cleaned within a day of reporting it to the hotel.
Check in and out procedures are confusing. Been told where to check out the night before. No show on the next day during agreed check out time. Had to call and told to go to another place to check out.
Cleanliness and check in/out procedures are the biggest letdown to an otherwise pleasant holiday in the beautiful KK.

A fine hotel with very big apartments for a cheap price. Great location. Lovely helpful staff
Excellent location with heaps of variety for eating and shopping within the Imago complex. Level 6 has an amazing large outdoor recreation area with two pools, modern spacious gym, park, basketball, grassed areas and gardens - it gives you the feeling that you are somewhere else. Very well maintained. Apartment was spacious - excellent for families. Has a full kitchen and laundry.
I was so disappointed.
1. I asked for cleaning services (this is available upon request) and I had to chase the manager / owner the next day after having arrived to find that the unit had NOT been cleaned.
2. On arrival, the staff did not lead us to the unit and just gave us a card to go to the unit ourselves. We were not taken around the property and had to guess which unit we were staying in by the label on the card - there are a LOT of units and everywhere looked the same so we were quite lost at first.
3. After my stay I found that they gave me the WRONG unit. Either that or they had MISREPRESENTED which unit I was renting with their photos. There are 4 lofts in this property and whilst the photos show that you will get a nice unit with a nice big balcony, we were given a unit with a balcony that could barely fit two chairs and had a completely different view. When I mentioned this to the manager he IGNORED my message.
It was a decent stay, with IMAGO Shopping Mall just below. Everything was easy, the staff was really friendly, we did give them a head start on our time of arrival. Thanks for the great stay.
It wasn‘t active to do house keeping. Even if done, it wasn‘to to provide toilet papers and shampoo. The room also smelled moldy. There was the sound of aircraft landing at midnight.

Planned to book LOFT B but finally turned out LOFT E. Booked 3 rooms but gave us 2 rooms. Changed 3 rooms but no wifi. The last room satisfied our requirements but the washroom full of water after shower. Finally, we couldn't use the gym because we are not the owner.
in loft E, somehow not so easy to go to the mall and call uber, but its fine. i like to stay here with my family, the living room and sofa is great, plus the 6F swimming pool, fantastic!!
just warning if u need luggage storage, need to go to 5F far office, not easy when its a lot pcs.

4일정도 묵었는데 중간에 바퀴벌레 1마리를 목격하긴 했어요.
그렇지만 바퀴벌레가 나올 정도로 더러운 방 모양새는 아니에요
프론트가 없어서 처음들어갈 때 전화로 직원을 불러야 하고, 호텔과의 연락은 카톡으로 하면 돼요
요리하기에 편리하게 되어있고, 냉장고, 세탁기 다 구비되어있어요
보지는 않지만 TV도 있고, 에어컨도 매우 시원합니다.
이마고몰 안이라 택시 잡기도 수월하고, 공항과도 10분거리 거의 모든 곳과 10분 이내로 도착이라
위치도 맘에 들었습니다~
