"This is a remodeled hotel so everything is new, clean and modern. The customer service is extraordinary and one of the best experience i have had. I left my sunglasses in my hotel room and they tried their best to ship my glasses out for me. We also landed early and they allowed early checked in with a fee.
It is right next to gwangjang market, dongdaemun market, near bus station, train station and a bus stop to incheon airport so it was super convenient."

"We had a good stay. The free parking was a nice perk for the price. The room we were assigned initially had a leaky air conditioner but they promptly helped us move rooms. "Awesome location, close to subway stations. Hotel offered awesome amenities, close to many places. I would stay there again. Staff was very helpfull."
"The front desk was super helpful. English was not a problem for them. When I needed extra blankets, they were delivered to the room in 5 minutes. The cleaning service was friendly and even though we asked for no service while we were staying, they still checked to se if we needed towels and toilet paper. The only minus was that the temperature of the hot tub was luke warm. But Koreans are very energy friendly.
At the end of our stay, they arranged a van for us to get to our hotel in Incheon. They also allowed us to check in early and held our luggage while we shopped. We will stay again next time we are in Seoul!"
