"Easy check in, convenient family mart down stairs for snacks/basic dinner. We didn’t use the amenities as there wasn’t time but was perfect for a quick stop after a late flight. Easy walk to terminal 3 at Narita Airport"

"This was an oasis after Tokyo chaos! The onsen was a natural volcanic one with multiple pools and steam room. A great way to relax before a 10 hour flight in cramped economy seats. The breakfast buffet was incredible and delicious with a wide variety including Jaoanese, Chinese and western dishes. The peace was onky broken by some foreign idiot talking loudly on speaker phone at the buffet- his countrymen scolded him. You must not be loud on trains or in restaurants!"

"This hotel is far from the airport and transportation is only the hotel shuttle services or taxis. No restaurant nearby, only a Lawson store which is always crowded and a huge line up because no other shops around. Shuttle services not available at noon time. We had to call cab to reach airport. Not very convenient to travel around. "

"Breakfast is excellent with lots of options and tasty food. We had the Japanese style room which was nice, however we found the mattresses hard for our taste. The carpet in the room needs better cleaning."

"Great staff at reception desk, friendly and informative. Room (economy compact for 2)was small but clean and comfortable, good for one night stay. Carpet looks dirty in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was OK, not much choice besides Asian style food. Only eggs available were "scrambled" i.e. almost liquid . No options for omelets or boiled eggs. No fresh fruits, fake juice, bad coffee. The main positive point for this hotel is the beautiful huge park with Buddhist temple/pagoda that is only a few minutes walk from hotel, and the touristy shopping street. Also restaurants around and supermarket. Shuttle service on time and efficient."

"Really well maintained property. Staff is absolutely gentle. Shuttle to Narita airport is Good. Very good breakfast buffet. I recommend it."
