"This is the third time we have stayed here, and it is in a prime location. The staff are very helpful, prompt room service and spacious apartments.
The only concern this time was there was quite a lot of building works during the daytime, which made it very noisy, including pneumatic drilling. We weren't informed about this, and also the sports centre was closed for two days for renovation. Again, neither was this informed beforehand, and should have been taken into consideration and advised at check-in, and appropriate arrangements made, and possibly a part refund."
