"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings sind die Räumlichkeiten und die Möbel leider veraltet und teilweise an den Türen verfault. Es roch auch danach. Ausserdem konnten wir am letzten Tag nicht duschen, es kam nur schmutziges Wasser raus. Sonst OK."

"Das Frühstück war frisch und es gab für jeden etwas an Auswahl. Uns hat gestört, dass die Zimmer (wir hatten die Poolvilla) leider schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer nicht viel Wert auf moderne Ausstattung legt, kann dort gut unterkommen. "

"Very visibly dated property. Surprised that it carried the SHERATON Badge . Towels, for a 5 star property were very worn out and thin amongst other things . Getting from one amenity to another required lots of steep walking , although there were golf carts available. Would I stay there again ???"

"we booked another hotel and stayed there due to various things 1. no food allowed by pool 2. no drinks allowed by the pool 3. the room made all our clothes smell damp 4. unlike Thailand the welcome when we arrived was poor. carried our own bags no welcome drink just a reception tell us the rules of what we cant do. the hotel itself is a good standard, but it's very Western you could be in benidorm so that's a personal thing that we didn't like. the food we ordered when we arrived was cold....

"Check in was quick and easy and we were able to store our bags safely while waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived early. The staff in the restaurant and the pool bar were awesome. The pool was clean, very warm. There were not any lounge chairs or chairs with umbrellas right on the beach unfortunately. The waterfront was more of a lagoon. Extremely shallow, warm water. Probably great if you were travelling with little ones. Lots of restaurants and shops right out front. Super...
