"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

The room (we booked a superior triple room for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and very clean, with a balcony. "It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station. "

"Family of 4. Travelled with extended family. They booked us rooms close to one another. Too bad they didn't have connecting rooms. The room was small but sufficient. The bathroom was very cramped but functional. Beds were comfortable. They don't change the sheets daily unless requested. They replenish complementary water bottles daily. Toiletries you have to get at the lobby. 7/11 is across the street. Lawson a block away. Canal City was a short distance, about 3 blocks. Hakata Station was about a 10minute walk. If you'll be renting car, there is a paid parking 2 streets away."

"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."
