The hotel was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I was surprised was the location pf the hotel as we could not actually walk to city centre so had to take taxis only. Overall a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great hotel with an amazing breakfast. The room was new, clean, the bed was very comfortable. And the most important thing for me: very quiet - we didn't hear any disturbing sounds from the adjoining rooms or from above

Clean , inexpensive , there is restaurant on site . Breakfast was cheaper to book on Expedia as an add-on . Room was clean comfortable, no extras though. Would stay for a one night drive through. Not a convenient location to downtown or old town.

Everything was incredible, rooms were perfectly clean, beds and pillows were so soft and confortable. The royal breakfast was awesome. The only thing, after a late arrival I should get back to reception and ask for the doors to be opened between our two rooms, it was really inconvenient.

The only reason me rating this 4 stars is due to the distance away from town centre and unwalkable. Car is required to get into town although taxis are cheap compared to UK. Hotel is very well maintained and rooms were quite even though the hotel is next to the motorway. Definitely recommend this.

If you have plan to go to Krakow, this hotel is no good choice. Hotel could lost their internet. Even technician stay my room over 30minutes he couldn’t solve any problem so we missed sunset… And they inform to check move to another room, but i didn’t get any solution. Hotel said just one word “sorry”. And the towel has a stain. So if you wanna have a valuable time in this city, choose another hotel.

Szczerze mówiąc byłem zaskoczony . Świetny pokój , młodzież ogarnięta w recepcji. Pani w barze pomocna. Parking na ulicy za darmo . Centrum handlowe rzut beretem , jak wjedziesz w dobry zjazd , a jak nie to masz kilka kilometrów do objechania . Jak dla mnie bomba.
