"Fabulous upgraded renovated room. Very family orientated hotel with lots of entertainment by the pool during the day (Christmas 2025). Great staff and daily room service. Restaurants served great food. Not the cheapest place to stay. Our first stay at a Hardrock hotel and normally something we would choose. However, we loved it!! "

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a large smart TV that made it easy to relax after a long day. The hot water worked perfectly, which is always appreciated.
