"Staff were moderately helpful on arrival. I was sold a stay package which I thought was a food discount at restaurant for our arrival night. When checking out advised nothing to pay only to receive an invoice statement later that day for 3 nights of stay package at £50 per night. Breakfast was average to good as was the evening meal. Parking on site was reasonable though at times very busy."

"A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me. Room is a bit dated, only two sockets on the desk and no USB sockets anywhere. Comfy bed, plenty of space in the room and good shower pressure! Now the...

"Came into a boiling hot room."

"I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them."

"I liked the fact we had access to the pool, the actual room was a sauna thanks to the ridiculous heat and we unfortunately had the sun side so it was unbearable to be in it for too long. The shower was rotten really dirty and the plug was blocked with so much hair it was unreal."
