2nd year we stayed here. This time we flew right in Hilton Head Island Airport. We had a Airport taxi bring us to Seaside Villa under 50.00. Everything is close by so you can walk. We love it here.

Bugs in bathroom and the bathroom floor was nasty. Pubic hair around the toilet carpet look to have hair in it. Bed was ok.

Dirty room

The hotel isn't even vacuumed. There is dust on the baseboard in the bathroom The cleaning is very superficial. I didn't want to touch anything. I didn't walk around without shoes on. Everything needs to be updated, even the coffee table had a chunk out of it, and it was a cheap table.

Check in was fast and easy but our room was awful. The carpet was clearly dirty and not vacuumed. We killed a cockroach within minutes of being there. The walls itself were filthy. Then we found a condom wrapper in the bed. Location was nice and convenient but the room was something else.

Horrible after midnight

People outside my window between midnight and 5a.m. People constantly leaving and showing up! Definitely up to no good! Constant banging on stuff all night. Barely got any sleep!

Stopped late with wife and kids, just needed a place to crash. Scary place. I guess we should have looked for a Safe Place to Crash. Weird vibe. This is the kind of place that has a "Residents" wing, were people live in a room short or long term. Creepy

Me and my family never did stay at this place. We traveled all day and got there in the evening with a child and they kept saying he had no record of our confirmation. There was strange people just hanging around the office. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We ended up staying somewhere else.

The room was in horrible shape. There was a leak in the ceiling above the sink. Roaches in the bathroom. Mold and mildew in the bathroom along with what looked like burn marks on tub.Room did not look like it had been cleaned in years. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times during our travels but was very displeased this time. We will not being staying there again.

It was a very run down beat up looking up looking place. It was suppose to be a non smoking room but it was so it smelled bad and there were roaches in the place. And there was hardly any hot water.

Toilet not connected to the floor. Rocked each time toilet used. Loud compressor fan on AC unit. Disturbed sleep every time unit functioned during the night. Both concerns reported to front desk. She could not have cared less.

This has to be the worst hotel ever, I try to always write borh good and bad reviews but this is the worst. The room was filthy the toilet leaked on the floor. we requested to have it fix they simply turn the water off leaving us with no place to use the restroom. Behind the door of the bathroom was graffiti written all over the walls the walls were dirty dingy nasty. The health department really shut them down I give them a -10 stars. I checked out early and we return home cutting our trip. Never again.

worst hotel of knoxville it had a roach in the bed when i woke up , no macrowaive no freezer no shampoo no conditioner and the soap it was smaller than a piece of paper well everything was terrible

The door to the bathroom had no handle . Two of the lights were out, no soap or tissues at the sink. The towels were so hard like sandpaper. And the bedding smelled. Druggies running all over the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe here.

For starters, it was not a handicap accessible room. It was dirty. It was run down The airconditioner had no labels or knobs. There was graffitti on the bathroom wall. Thrre were patches that had been plastered but not painted
