"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road. The staff were very friendly. "The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment."

"Am awakened at 2;30 am by someone opening my door. They scream not expecting me in the room. Then a few minutes later the Indian manager is banging on my door and is yelling about me being in the room that I rented. He has his mouth full of some thing and is impossible to understand. He keeps yelling until I get my phone and show my check in info. He comments something about an Iphone and leaves."

"This hotel is what it is. The rooms are updated and the beds are very comfortable. The outside of the hotel is somewhat dated, as well as the lobby area. The “breakfast” was cereal, granola bars and mini muffins. This was a great place to take a road trip break and sleep. "

"This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "

"It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it.
